Erb decides to start a music marketing management company named FTWV Co., combining her expertise in marketing and music to develop Hip Hop and R&B artists.

GROWING PAINS
Erb realizes that the music industry, especially for independent artists, doesn’t generate a lot of money. She decides to shift some focus toward building her own SEO agency to create long-term wealth.
